仪器舱整体减振支架二级减振研究

     

摘要

Because of limited space of the installing and restricted requirements of mechanical environment, integrated vibration damping is adopted in the instrument cabin to reduce the vibration of equipments in it. However, it is possible that the integrated vibration damping adapter may cause the partial vibration magnification of some equipments in the instrument cabin, which makes the mechanical environment even worse. In order to resolve this practical engineering problem, this research derives the transfer function of the equipments during the secondary vibration damping based on the dynamics principle analysis of the mechanical model of the secondary vibration damping, and concludes some principles of the secondary damper parameter design.. The result of the random vibration experiment of practical products indicates the effect of the secondary vibration damping can cover the requirements for model engineering application.%受安装空间限制及高力学环境要求,仪器舱采用整体减振对其中设备进行减振。但是整体减振支架可能带来个别仪器的局部放大,使力学环境更加恶劣。为解决这一工程实际问题,工程中一般采用二级减振。通过对二级减振的力学模型进行动力学原理的分析,推导二级减振中仪器的传递函数,得出二级减振器参数设计的一些基本原则,通过随机振动试验表明设计的二级减振效果能够满足型号工程应用需求。
