大型重载平台支撑液压缸过冲力学分析

摘要

大型重载平台在支撑液压缸下降或调平时会出现过冲情况，严重影响平台的正常功能。通过对大型重载平台支撑液压缸下降或调平过冲进行力学分析，建立大型重载平台支撑液压缸载荷、电磁换向阀功率极限和系统压力设定之间的关系，对后续系统设计具有指导意义。%The support hydraulic cylinders of large overloading flat may overshoot when falling or leveling, which will affect its functions. In this paper, the connections among support hydraulic cylinders’ load, directional valve’s power limit and system pressure is found by making a mechanical analysis of the overshoot. The findings contribute to the follow-up system design.
