铍材在高精度石英挠性加速度计上的应用

         

摘要

在现有的石英加速度计基础上,结合铍材的使用,进行高精度、高稳定性挠性摆式加速度计的研究。从零位、标度因数、二次非线性、安装失准角4个方面阐述了石英挠性加速度计性能上的提高。此外该加速度计质量减少25%,启动稳定时间缩短30%。对石英挠性加速度计材料和结构上的改进具有指导意义。%A study on the quartz flexible accelerometer(QFA)with high-precision and high stability is carried out in order to satisfy the request of scientific research, in which beryllium material is applied in manufacture parts based on the design of former accelerometer. Beryllium has excellent physical properties such as high strength, low density, high conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high specific heat, and nonmagnetic. Improvements of the quartz flexible accelerometer’s capability by using of beryllium are discussed respectively in the view of four aspects such as bias, scale factor, secondary nonlinear error and misalignment angle. Besides, the weight reduces by 25 percent and the time of starting to run steadily reduces by 30 percent. It is significative for meliorating the quartz flexible accelerometer in material and structure.
