层叠式梁壳组合结构建模方法分析

摘要

Abtract: To solve the problem of Structural strength analysis for cascade structure, compared seven simplified modeling based on ANSYS. The content of different grids and connections is covered. Based on the simulation results, the impact analysis is carried out by means of connection relationship processing, bias mode, simulation unit type and other factors. The affected objects include stress, displacement and distribution trend. This paper summarizes the key points of finite element analysis modeling and result extraction of typical beam shell composite structure. Provides guidance for engineering application.%针对层叠式梁壳组合结构强度分析问题,基于ANSYS软件开展了7种简化建模方法的对比分析,涵盖了不同网格、连接关系处理等内容.依托仿真结果开展了连接关系处理方式、偏置方式、模拟单元类型等因素对分析结果的影响分析,包括不同建模简化方式对位移、应力及其分布趋势等的影响,总结提炼出典型梁壳组合结构有限元分析建模及结果提取的关键点,为工程应用提供指导.
