为解决我国煤矿安全评价中危险源辨识不充分、缺乏实际指导性的问题，对煤矿危险源的定义和分类进行了分析阐述，并结合实际情况分析了现有辨识过程中存在的问题。提出对人因危险源的辨识方法并建立了完善的辨识程序，结合实例对其进行了应用说明。结果表明：增加人因危险源的辨识是必要的，并可以采取心理测评等方法进行；提出的辨识程序操作性强，且可较全面地辨识煤矿危险源。%In order to solve the problems of insufficient identification and lack of practical guidance in coal mine safety evaluation, the definition and classification of the dangerous sources in coal mines were discussed and the existing problems in the identification process of the dangerous sources were analyzed according to the actual situations in this paper. The identification method for the dangerous sources related to the human factors was put forward and a perfect identification process was established and illustrated by examples. The results showed that it is necessary to increase the identification of the dangerous sources related to the human factors and some methods such as the psychological tests can be used in the identification process; the proposed identification process had strong operability and was helpful to effectively identify all dangerous sources in coal mines.
