除尘器逆向喷雾雾粒运动轨迹建模与应用研究

     

摘要

Through the comparison of the action process of the consequent spray and reverse spray in a wet dust collector,the advantages of the reverse spray in improving dust catching efficiency were expounded in this paper. A mathematical model of the reverse spray droplet trajectory was established based on Newton’ s second law,and the influence of the droplet diameter,spray speed and nozzle angle on the spray droplet trajectory was analyzed. The parameters of the reverse spray were optimized with this mathematical model,and the test results showed that the dust removal efficiency of the inverse spray was higher than that of the consequent spray when the parameters of the inverse spray were designed appropriately, especially the much better removal efficiency for respirable dust.%通过对比湿式过滤除尘器顺向喷雾与逆向喷雾的作用过程,阐述了逆向喷雾在提高捕尘效率方面的优越性。基于牛顿第二定律建立逆向喷雾雾粒运动轨迹数学模型,分析了雾粒直径、喷雾速度和喷嘴张角对雾粒运动轨迹的影响。利用数学模型对逆向喷雾参数进行了优化,试验结果表明,在除尘器逆向喷雾参数设计合适的情况下,逆向喷雾的除尘效率要高于顺向喷雾,特别是对呼吸性粉尘的除尘效果更好。
