基于大数据的煤矿安全监管联网平台设计与实现

         

摘要

To counter the problems of the serious safety situation and poor supervision in coal mines in our country, a coal min safety supervision 3-level networking platform based on big data was designed and implemented. This platform adopted the layered architecture design method, formulated and complied with the data exchange standards, constructed a 3-level network of the coal mine, county ( district) and region, realized the effective dada source fusion of the heterogeneous systems of many coal mines, implemented the mining analysis of the network data by using the big data technology, and provided auxiliary decision-making support for the coal mine safety supervision in whole region. At present, more than 300 coal mines participated in the network, better realized the multilevel safety network supervision and achieved good economic and social benefits.%针对现阶段我国煤矿安全总体形势依然严峻,监管效率有待提升等问题,设计并实现了基于大数据的煤矿安全监管三级联网平台.该平台采用分层架构设计方法,制订并遵从数据交换标准规范,建设煤矿、区县和地区三级网络,实现众多煤矿异构系统数据源有效融合,并利用大数据技术,实现对联网数据的挖掘分析,为全区煤矿安全监管提供辅助决策支持.目前参与联网煤矿超过300家,较好地实现了多级安全联网监管,取得了较好的经济和社会效益.
