铝合金元素含量对落锤摩擦火花试验引燃甲烷气体的影响分析

         

摘要

根据落锤摩擦火花试验原理、方法及其引燃爆炸性气体的条件,对煤矿设备用轻合金材料摩擦火花试验安全性能进行研究,统计了大量试验数据,分析总结了铸造铝合金和变形铝合金在落锤摩擦火花试验结果,以及铝合金中常见的Mg、Zn、Cu、Si等元素含量对试验安全性的影响,可为煤矿生产企业选择轻合金材料提供参考。%In this paper, research was carried out on the safety performance of coal mine equipment made with light alloy materials through frictional spark tests according to the principle and method of the frictional spark test by the drop hammer and the conditions for spark to ignite the explosive gas, statistics were conducted on a large amount of test data, and analysis was made on the test results of the cast aluminum alloy and deforming aluminum alloy in the frictional spark test by the drop hammer as well as the influence of the element content in the aluminum alloy such as Mg, Zn, Cu, Si and so on upon the safety performance of the frictional spark test by the drop hammer, all of these can provide reference for the coal production enterprises to select the light alloy materials.
