火花源原子发射光谱法测定2024铝合金元素含量

         

摘要

本研究通过使用光电直读光谱仪,采用类型标准化法对2024铝合金的化学成分进行研究,建立工作曲线,并确定最优化的分析线和工作条件,考察该方法的精密度和准确度.试验结果表明:在优化的试验条件下,8种元素测定值的相对标准偏差(n=10)均小于5.58%.该方法用于2024铝合金实际样品分析,测定结果与ICP分析测定结果相一致.利用光电直读光谱仪建立类型标准化工作曲线分析检测快速准确、仪器稳定,可用于日常分析.%The chemical composition of 2024 aluminum alloy was analyzed by type standardization method with a photoelectric direct reading spectrometer.The working curve, the optimal analysis curve and operating conditions were established.And the precision and accuracy of this method were analyzed.The results show that under the optimized experimental conditions, the relative standard deviations(n=10) of the measured values of 8 elements were less than 5.58%.This method was applied to the analysis of 2024 aluminum alloy samples, and the results obtained were in conformity with those found by chemical method.The type standardization working curve by photoelectric direct reading spectrometry has the advantages of high speed, high accuracy and stability, so it can be used in engineering.
