保护层区段煤柱宽度对被保护层卸压效果的影响

         

摘要

为了实现被保护层经济、安全和高效开采,基于某煤矿地层条件,利用FLAC3 D软件建立采动煤岩体计算模型,模拟研究了保护层不同宽度区段煤柱对被保护层卸压效果的影响。根据应力系数和膨胀变形率可将煤柱上覆岩层分为压缩变形区、未充分卸压区和充分卸压区。当被保护层位于充分卸压区时,煤层获得了充分卸压保护,消除了突出危险。确定了某煤矿地质条件下被保护层8煤层位于充分卸压区获得连续充分卸压的理论最小的区段煤柱宽度为5.1 m。经卸压效果考察,留设5 m宽区段煤柱时,被保护层得到了连续充分卸压保护。%In order to achieve the economic, safe and efficient mining of the protected seam, simulation research was carried on the influence of the sectional coal pillar in different width of the protective seam upon the pressure relief effect of the protected seam on the basis of the stratum conditions of a mine and by using the calculation model of the mining-affected coal and rock mass which was built with FLAC3D software. The overburden strata of the coal pillar can be divided into the compression deformation zone, incomplete pressure relief zone and complete pressure relief zone. When the protected seam is located in the complete pressure relief zone, the coal seam will obtain full pressure-relief protection and the outburst danger will be eliminated. If the protected seam, the 8th coal seam is located in the complete pressure relief zone, the minimum theoretical width of the sectional coal pillar should be 5. 1 m. The investigation results showed that when the width of the sectional coal pillar was 5 m, the protected seam can obtain the continuous and full pressure-relief protection.
