煤层气清洁生产综合评价模型及应用

         

摘要

针对国内外煤层气清洁生产状况,以及我国缺乏煤层气清洁生产评价方法的问题,提出构建煤层气行业清洁生产综合评价模型.选择7项一级指标、24项二级指标构建评价体系,依据层次分析法,通过MATLAB程序计算各指标权重,并参考国内外先进企业的生产数据及相关标准,确定指标评分标准;结合隶属度函数,运用矩阵复合运算评价煤层气开采的清洁生产水平.以沁水某煤层气田项目为研究案例,对评价模型进行检验.研究结果表明,该模型能够客观反映企业项目的清洁生产水平,促进煤层气清洁生产的实施.%Aiming at the clean production situation of coalbed methane both at home and abroad and the lack of evaluation methods for clean production of coalbed methane in our country, a comprehensive evaluation model for clean production of coalbed methane was put forward. 7 first-level indices and 24 second-level indices were selected to build an evaluation system, based on the analytic hierarchy process, the weight of each index was calculated by MATLAB program, and the index scoring standard was deternimed by referring to the production data and standards of the advanced enterprises at home and abroad;the clean production level of coalbed methane extraction was evaluated by matrix compound operation and the membership function. The evaluation model was verified by taking a coalbed methane project in Qinshui coal field as an example. The results showed that the model could objectively reflect the clean production level of the enterprise projects and promote the implementation of clean production of coalbed methane.
