煤矿井下全岩巷道综掘干式除尘系统的研发与应用

摘要

根据阳煤集团煤矿井下全岩巷道的地质条件、生产运输形式及岩巷综掘产尘规律,研制了以干式除尘器为核心的干式除尘系统,并对岩巷综掘过程中产生的粉尘进行治理,工作面降尘效率达到了95.0％,改善了工作环境质量,同时实现了干式除尘器与控尘系统、掘进系统及运输系统的高效配套运行.%A dry-type dust removal system with the dry dust collector as the core was developed according to the geological conditions of the rock roadways, the production and transportation modes and the dust generation regularity in fully mechanized rock roadway development in coal mines of Yangquan Coal Industry Group. With this dust removal system, the dus genertaed in the process of fully mechanized rock roadway development was controlled, the dust removal efficiency in the heading face reached 95. 0％, the quality of the working environment was greatly improved, and the efficient matching operation of the dry dust collector,the dust control system, the driving system and the transportation system was thus realized.
