含天然结构面中粒砂岩破裂过程中的声发射特征研究

     

摘要

为了研究含结构面中粒砂岩破裂过程中的声发射特征,以补连塔煤矿22307工作面基本顶砂岩为研究对象,分别对完整中粒砂岩和含结构面中粒砂岩进行直接拉伸、直接剪切和单轴压缩试验,分析了在试验过程中天然结构面对其声发射特征的影响.试验结果表明:直接拉伸试验过程中,结构面对声发射特征的影响较显著,完整中粒砂岩的声发射峰值计数是含结构面中粒砂岩的13.5倍,含结构面中粒砂岩的声发射累计计数是完整中粒砂岩的3.2倍;直接剪切试验过程中,结构面对声发射特征也存在一定的影响,完整中粒砂岩的声发射峰值计数和累计计数分别是含结构面中粒砂岩的2.4倍和0.5倍;单轴压缩试验过程中,结构面对声发射特征基本没有影响,声发射峰值计数和累计计数基本没有变化.%In order to study the acoustic emission characteristics in the rupture process of medium grain sandstone with structural plane,the basic top sandstone of 22307 working face in Bulianta Coal Mine was taken as the research object.The tests of direct tensile,direct shear and uniaxial compressive were carried out for the intact medium grain sandstone and medium grain sandstone with natural structural plane respectively.The influence of natural structure on the acoustic emission characteristics was analyzed,the results showed that:in the process of direct tensile test,the structural plane has a significant influence on acoustic emission characteristics.The peak count of intact medium grain sandstone is 13.5 times of the structural plane medium grain sandstone,and the cumulative count of medium grain sandstone with structural plane is 3.2 times of the intact medium grain sandstone;in the process of direct shear test,the structural plane also has some influence on acoustic emission characteristics.The peak count of intact medium grain sandstone is 2.4 times and 0.5 times of the structural plane medium grain sandstone respectively; in the uniaxial compression test, the structural plane has no influence on acoustic emission characteristics,the acoustic emission peak count and cumulative count are almost unchanged.
