基于稳态导热的矿井调热圈半径与温度的计算方法

     

摘要

In order to study the thermal conductivity of Heat-regulating circle in the mine, this thesis based on theory of steady state heat conduction, simplified thermal conduction model of Heat-regulating circle and considering the steady state temperature field that it will eventually reach,The thermal conduction process of the Heat-regulating circle was analyzed by thermal conductivity model of the cylinder wall. Considered coefficient of thermal conductivity of rock and roadway surface heat transfer coefficient as a fixed value, the calculation formula of radius and temperature of Heat-regulating circlewas obtained. The formula revealed that the thermal conductivity of Heat-regulating circle was influenced by the thermal conductivity of rock, the surface heat transfer coefficient,the radius of the roadway and the temperature of the original rock,etc.By using measured data and numerical simulation experiments of FLUENT software, the calculation formula of the radius and temperature of the Heat-regulating circle was tested. The results showed that the formula is in accord with thermal conductivity of Heat-regulating circle which is of both theoretical and practical value.%为获得矿井调热圈导热规律,基于传热学稳态导热理论,简化调热圈导热模型,将其以最终要达到的稳态温度场考虑,并将调热圈导热过程以圆筒壁导热模型展开分析,将岩石导热系数和巷道表面传热系数视为定值,得出调热圈半径与温度的计算公式,揭示调热圈导热受到岩石导热系数、表面传热系数、巷道半径、原岩温度等多因素影响.通过实测数据和FLUENT软件数值模拟实验,检验调热圈半径与温度的计算公式,结果表明该计算公式基本符合调热圈导热规律,具有理论和实用价值.
