楔形铣刨刀具受力计算模型及其影响规律分析

         

摘要

In order to satisfy the requirements of milling and collecting gravelly soil on the gobi surface, after theoretical analysis being carried out for the working principle, rotation modes and motion parameters of the milling device, a mathematical model for milling gravelly soil by wedge-shaped milling cutters is built.According to the strength of gravelly soil in different depths in collection areas, the mathematical model and computer simulation are used to study the relationship among motion parameters, geometric parameters and cutting resistance of the wedge-shaped cutter. The influence laws of design parameters of the wedge-shaped milling cutter on the cutting resistance of gravelly soil under the given conditions are obtained. The study results lay foundations for the optimization of the structure and milling parameters of the wedge-shaped milling cutter.%为满足戈壁地表砂土的铣刨收集要求,通过对铣刨切削装置的工作原理、旋转方式和铣削运动参数的理论分析,建立了楔形铣刨刀具砂土切削的力学计算的数学模型。根据收集研究区域不同深度砂土的材料强度,利用该数学模型并运用计算机仿真,研究了楔形铣刨刀具的运动参数、几何参数与切削受力之间的关系,得出了给定条件下楔形铣刨刀具设计参数对砂土切削受力的影响规律,研究成果为楔形铣刨刀具结构及其收集工艺参数的优化设计奠定基础。
