基于ANSYS的乳化液泵曲轴静动特性分析

         

摘要

The crankshaft of the emulsion pump serves as the studied object, a solid model of the crankshaft is created by Pro/E. The stress and the distortion of the crankshaft are analysed by using finite element software, and the most dangerous phase and the maximum stress of the crankshaft are determined. In addition, the fatigue strength of the crankshaft is checked, and the model analysis of the crankshaft is carried out. The analysis results offer theoretical foundation for the optimization and the improvement of the crankshaft of the emulsion pump.%以乳化液泵曲轴为研究对象,通过三维建模软件Pro/E建立曲轴的实体模型,运用有限元分析软件研究曲轴的应力和变形情况,确定了曲轴的最危险相位和最大应力值,对曲轴进行疲劳强度校核,并对曲轴进行模态分析。分析结果可为乳化液泵曲轴的改进和优化设计提供理论依据。
