基于流体力学的煤矿排水管路分析

         

摘要

Based on fluid mechanics, the paper analyses the relationship among the lift of the water pump, the active power of the motor and the roughness of the inner wall of drainage pipelines (fouling) in tmderground collieries. It emphasizes that as the increase in service life, the fouling adhering to the inner wall thickens, which leads to increased resistance in pipelines, decreased drainage efficiency of the water pump, increased motor power and increased energy consumption per a ton of coal. After cleaning by chemical methods, the drainage efficiency enhances and the energy consumption decreases.%笔者从流体力学的角度分析了煤矿井下排水泵扬程、电动机有效功率与排水管内壁粗糙(结垢)的关系,管内壁粗糙(结垢)对排水管路沿程阻力和局部阻力损失的影响。说明了煤矿井下现场使用中,由于管内壁附着积垢随着使用年限的增加而逐年增加,排水管路阻力增大,使得水泵排水效率降低、电动机功率增大,经过化学法清洗后,排水效率提高提高,节约了电能。
