基于CAN总线的井下输送带语音通信系统

         

摘要

分析了当前煤矿输送带语音通信系统的现状,提出了一种基于ARM9内核的S3C2440微控制器和CAN总线的矿井输送带语音系统的设计方案。该系统利用高性能ARM处理器S3C2440作为语音识别控制模块,将由语音模块采集来的音频信号经CAN控制器叠加到传输监控信息的CAN总线上,实现了井下输送带监控系统的语音和监控信息混合传输的功能。%The paper analyzed current status of the voice communication system for conveyance belts in collieries,and proposed the design scheme of a voice communication system integrating S3C2440 MCU and CAN bus for conveyance belts in mines based on ARM9.The system applied ARM processor S3C2440 as the module to identify and control voice signal.The audio signal collected by the voice module was superimposed to the CAN bus transmitting monitor information,thus the mixed transmission of voice and monitor information could be realized in monitor system for underground conveyance belts.
