基于参数化变型设计的标准件库开发技术

         

摘要

In view of a huge variety of mechanical standard parts and frequent application, the paper studied and compared the methods of building standard part library based on various soflwares. It studied two methods of building standard part library and common parts library through part family table method and database drivemethod based on So lid Edge, and analyzed the feature shaping characters of series standard parts and common parts. In combination with parametric variety design method, the standard part library of a model of bolt was established. The application showed that the method was effective and practicable. It could not only enhance the design efficiency but facilitate the management of user. The method could also be spread to non-standard parts.%针对机械设备标准件种类繁多、使用频繁这一特点,分析比较了使用不同软件建立标准件库的方法。研究了基于SolidEdge三维设计平台,通过零件族表法和数据库驱动法建立标准件库和常用件库的两种方法;分析了标准件及常用件的成型特点,结合参数化变型设计方法,以某型号螺栓为例,来建立其标准件库。应用证明,该方法切实有效,既提高了设计效率,又方便了用户管理,同时还可应用于非标件的开发。
