气-固浓相分选流化床排料机构测控系统的设计与研究

         

摘要

针对气-固浓相分选流化床排料机构故障率高、次生破坏大、维修困难等问题,分析了排料机构的现场控制要求,设计了基于PLC的自动测量监控系统.详细阐述了该测控系统的工作原理、硬件设计、软件设计和抗干扰设计,给出了PLC的选型、内存设置和地址分配方案,并给出了系统结构、工作流程和编程流程.%In view of problems of the discharging mechanism in the gas-solid dense phase fluidized bed for separation such as high failure rate,large secondary damage and maintenance difficulties,the paper analyzed the control requirements of operating discharging mechanism and designed a set of automatic measurement and control system based on PLC.In addition,the paper in detail described its working principle,hardware design,software design and anti-jamming design,and presented the schemes about PLC model selection,memory setting and address allocation.It also offered the system structure process flow and programming flow.
