百吨级球墨铸铁磨盘铸件的铸造工艺优化

         

摘要

Solidification process of a key component of the slag vertical mill,hundreds of tons of ductile iron grinding table,was analyzed by using ProCAST,so as to predict the location of probable defects.The simulation results showed that there was obvious macro-shrinkage on the top end surface as well as shrinkage cavity and porosity at the bottom hottest parts.Therefore,16 top risers were set on the top of the casting,and chills were placed at the thick-walled parts and the hottest parts,thus the macro-shrinkage on the top end face was eliminated,and the shrinkage cavity and porosity at the hottest parts remarkably reduced.Production practice showed that optimized casting technology was reasonable,and the casting was qualified through UT and met the requirements of mechanical properties.%笔者应用ProCAST软件对百吨级水泥矿渣立磨用球铁磨盘铸件的凝固过程进行分析,并预测缺陷可能形成的位置.模拟分析结果表明,铸件上端面有明显的宏观收缩,下部热节部位有缩孔缩松缺陷形成;为此在铸件上端设置16个项冒口,并在厚壁及热节部位放置冷铁,消除了上端面的宏观收缩,显著降低了热节部位缩孔缩松倾向.生产实践表明,优化后的铸造工艺合理,铸件超声波(UT)探伤合格,力学性能满足技术要求.
