采煤机端盘截齿截割煤岩的三向载荷数值模拟

         

摘要

为探求端盘截齿不同切向安装角、轴向倾斜角和二次旋转角对截齿三向载荷的影响关系,以达到截齿高效截割的目的,基于相似理论和有限元理论,通过ABAQUS/Explicit模拟了端盘截齿旋转截割煤岩的动态过程,获得了截齿截割过程的应力云图和三向载荷曲线,给出了单因素试验条件下的最佳安装角度.研究表明,圆周切向安装角为50°、轴向倾斜角为10°、二次旋转角为5°时,截齿的截割效率较高,载荷波动较小.轴向倾斜角和二次旋转角对截齿三向载荷的影响较大,易造成截齿磨损.该研究为改善截齿的结构和选择合适的安装参数提供了理论依据.%In order to seek the influences of tangential installation angle,axial ftlt angle and secondary rotating angle of transverse flange pick on pick triaxial loads,so as to achieve the efficient cutting,the paper simulated the dynamic process of transverse flange pick rotary cutting coal rock by using ABAQUS/Explicit based on the similarity theory and the finite element theory,and obtained the stress contours and variation curves of triaxial loads during cutting process,and offered the optimum installation angle under the single factor test condition.The study indicated that the pick cutting efficiency was higher and the load fluctuation was smaller while the tangential installation angle being 50°,the axial fiit angle being 10° and the secondary rotating angle being 5°.The axial fiit angle and the secondary rotating angle had greater impact on the pick triaxial loads,which easily caused pick wearing.The study offered theoretical references for improving pick structure and choosing suitable installation parameters.
