矿用鼓形齿联轴器设计关键技术的研究

         

摘要

鼓形齿联轴器因其体积小、传递转矩大且可靠性高等特点,而广泛应用于矿山、冶金等行业领域.目前关于鼓形齿联轴器的设计方法还没有统一的标准,对其工作特性、运动规律及齿面啮合特性等的研究也不完善.笔者结合设计实践,对矿用鼓形齿联轴器的设计方法、设计要点及提高可靠性等问题进行了分析和探讨,为提高鼓形齿联轴器的设计水平和产品质量提供了理论支持.%The crown gear coupling is widely applied in mining and metallurgy field due to its small size,large transmit torque and high reliability etc.At present,there was no uniform criterion about design of the crown gear coupling,and less researches on its working characteristic,motion laws and meshing characteristic of tooth surface.The paper mainly analyzed and discussed the design methods,key design points of the crown gear coupling and the key technologies to increase the reliability of the crown gear coupling,which offered theoretical support for improving its design level and product quality.
