基于LabVIEW的螺旋给料机状态监测与变频调速反馈控制系统设计

         

摘要

针对当前黄泥灌浆系统中螺旋给料机无法精确定量给料、发生堵塞时无法及时报警的现状,笔者结合LabVIEW监测与控制平台,设计了给料量为50 m3/h螺旋给料机的状态监测与变频调速反馈控制系统.该系统由称重传感器、数据采集卡、LabVIEW上位机、RS485通信模块和变频器等组成,利用PID调节原理和RS485串口通信,可实现对螺旋给料机运行状态的监测、堵塞报警、精确定量给料和输送量从10~50m3/h的无级变化,保护了电动机,减轻了制浆机的压力.%In view of imprecise feeding of the screw feeder and failure in timely warning at clogging in the yellow mud grouting system at present,a condition monitoring and frequency conversion speed feedback control system for the screw feeder with throughput of 50 m3/h was designed based on LabVIEW.The system consisted of weighing sensor,data acquisition card,master computer for LabVIEW,RS485 communication module and frequency converter etc.Combining PID control principle with RS485 serial communication,the condition monitoring of the screw feeder,warning at clogging,precise feeding and stepless variation of throughput from 10 ~ 50 m3/h could be realized.Thus the motor was protected and the pressure of pulping machine was relieved.
