定向钻机斜面增力制动装置设计分析

         

摘要

The paper introduced the working principle and the structural type of the slope reinforcement brake of the directional drill rig,and conducted improvement design.3D modeling software NX and finite element simulation software ABAQUS were applied to conduct the kinematics simulation as well as the stress and deformation analysis of the brake.The analysis results showed:the equivalent contact stress between the side slip and the shaft distributed asymmetrically along arced surface,and the braking sensitivity reached 1.98%.Field test showed the design of the brake met the requirement of control precision.%介绍了煤矿定向钻机用斜面增力式制动装置的工作原理及结构形式,并进行改进设计.运用三维建模软件NX和有限元仿真软件ABAQUS完成了制动机构的运动学仿真和应力、位移分析.分析结果表明,卡瓦与轴的接触等效应力沿圆弧面呈不对称分布,制动灵敏度达到1.98%.经现场试验验证,该设计能够满足控制精度要求.
