非金属托辊有限元分析

         

摘要

带式输送机金属托辊的质量约占整机质量的 30%,旋转阻力约占整机的 70%,用量和能耗巨大;而非金属托辊具有旋转阻力低、摩擦力小、节能环保、维护和维修费用低等特点,已广泛应用于带式输送机中.非金属托辊的材料选择和受力分析对托辊设计质量有重要影响.通过有限元分析软件ANSYS 对不同材料的托辊进行分析和对比,结果表明,非金属托辊在使用时均能满足受力要求,从而优化了非金属托辊的材料选择,提高了设计质量.%The mass of the metallic idler accounts for 30% of the mass of the belt conveyor, its rotary resistance is about 70% of the belt conveyor, material and energy consumption are very huge; while the non-metallic idler is characterized by low rotary resistance, low friction, low energy consumption as well as low maintenance and repair cost, therefore has been widely applied to the belt conveyor. The material selection and the force analysis of the non-metallic idler have important impact on the design of the idler. In the paper, finite element analysis software ANSYS was applied to analyze and compare the idlers made by various material. The results showed the non-metallic idler met the force requirements, thus the material of the non-metallic idler was optimized, and the design quality of the idler improved.
