Dissolving the sample with hydrochloric acid and perchloric acid, AAS method for determination of iron and manganese in Ni-Cr-Al alloy is introduced in this paper.Tests have shown that the method is simple and reliable,and satisfactory testing results can be obtained. The recovery of standard addition ranges from 97.0% to 101.0%.This method has been used for determination of iron and manganese in Ni-Cr-Al alloy.%镍铬铝合金中,镍、铬、铝含量约分别为75%、15%、5%。本文选用盐酸、高氯酸分解试样,其中的铁、锰以原子吸收法测定。通过对样品的测定表明本方法可靠,测定结果令人满意,回收率在97%~101%;RSD分别为0.62%、1.10%(n=9)。本方法已应用于镍铬铝合金样品中铁、锰的测定。
