论工业炸药厂的技术改造

The present situation of which AN-TNT explosives are still dominant in commercial explosives would be changed by a way of transforming the existing plants of commercial explosives rather than building new plants. Therefore, a new structural pattern of explosive products for the developing program of civil explosive industry in Ninth Five Year Plan will be soon formed. The technological transformation of commercial explosive plants is expounded in the light of a practical example.%工业炸药产品结构中铵梯炸药仍占据主导地位的现状，不能简单采用建设新厂的办法，必须依靠对现有为数众多的工业炸药厂进行技术改造来改变，进而快速形成全国民爆行业“九五”发展纲要的产品结构新格局。本文结合具体实例，论述了有关工业炸药厂的技术改造，具有重要的现实意义。
