浅谈大型厂房屋顶抬高吊装方案选择及施工技术

摘要

The Leaf Filtration is an important stage in production of aluminum oxide at Zhengzhou Aluminum Plant. Because of production requirement, the roof of plant building must be risen. In the light of structural features of the building and actual site conditions, a scheme of using a gantry crane for rising and installing the roof of the building was adopted. Based on strict management and construction, this difficult project has been completed smoothly, which enriches the constructing experience in rise of the roof of large plant building.%郑州铝厂“叶滤工序”是氧化铝生产的重要工序，因生产需要，急需屋顶抬高改造。作者针对原厂房的结构特点和施工现场的实际情况，提出了架空龙门吊的吊装方案，通过严谨的组织施工，使这项难度极大的工程得以顺利完成。丰富了大型厂房屋顶抬高的施工经验。
