云南某钛选厂高铁磁性精矿中钛的回收试验

         

摘要

以云南某钛选厂的高铁磁性精矿为研究对象,原矿含钛20.84%,含铁49.02%,针对其中钛、铁资源的回收利用,首先对该矿进行工艺矿物学研究,在此基础上进行了选矿工艺流程研究,最终确定了磁重联合流程,可获得含钛48.98%,回收率26.59%的钛精矿;同时铁得到富集,铁精矿含铁57.89%,取得了良好的试验指标,从而使资源得到综合回收利用.%Take a kind of high-iron magnetic concentrate in a titanium concentrator in Yunnan as the research object, the raw ore is of TiO2 20. 84% and Fe 49. 02%. The recovery and utilization are mainly focused in titanium and iron resources. Firstly, the process mineralogy of the ore is studied, based on which, the mineral processing flow is studied. And the combined process of magnetic and gravity separation is determined, which obtains the titanium concentrate with 48.98% grade and 26.59% recovery; at the same time, the iron grade is enriched with 57. 89% grade. The experiment achieves good test index, thus the resources comprehensive utilization is realized.
