Zinc electrowinning is an important step in zinc hydrometallurgy,it's process and equipment represent largely the development level of zinc hydrometallurgy industry technology.Traditionally,the domestic electric zinc industry uses mostly small cathode and artificial zinc stripping process,which is of low degree automation and poor operating environment.In recent years,along with multiple new projects have used large cathode zinc electro winning and automatic zinc stripping technology,engineering application has acquired sustainable developments such as automatic loading and unloading,on-line transport of zinc sheets,homebred plates,large integral electrolytic cells.Optimization and promotion of large cathode zinc electrowinning and automatic zinc stripping process has important significances in improving the level of automation,reducing labor intensity,reducing the labor force,saving land resource,and improving workshop environment.Large cathode technology will be very popularized in the future,and the domestic stripping equipment is realy in need of application.At the same time,the zinc electrowinning technology will move to the more large size cathode and the further large-scale workshop.%锌电积是湿法炼锌的重要工序,其工艺和装备水平很大程度上代表了湿法炼锌行业的技术发展水平.国内电锌行业传统上多采用小极板、人工剥锌,自动化程度低、操作环境差.近几年,随着多个新建项目陆续采用大极板锌电积、自动剥锌技术,工程应用持续发展,先后采用了自动出装槽、锌片“不落地”、大极板国产化、整体电解槽等技术和设备.大极板锌电积、自动剥锌的应用和推广对提高自动化水平、降低劳动强度、减少劳动定员、节约土地资源、改善车间环境等具有重要意义.未来,大极板锌电积技术的推广前景将十分广阔,国内应加快对国产剥锌设备的应用,同时,锌电积技术将朝着极板面积和车间规模的进一步大型化方向发展.
