DXFDZS1014复振高频细筛在歪头山铁矿马选工艺改造中的应用

         

摘要

Technical flowsheet and facilities of Maerling Beneficiation Plant in Waitoushan Iron Mine of Benxi Steel Group Corporation were introduced. As the fine screen could not satisfy the requirement of production, a high frequency dual-motor vibration fine screen, DXFDZS1014, was employed. The structural characteristics and the on-site application of it were discussed. The practical application shows that, this fine screen is characterized by simple operation and convenient installation, wide adaptation to variable ore properties and high capacity. It can effectively reduce the regrinding charge and avoid overgrinding so as to significantly improve the efficiency of grinding process, and increase the content of screen underflow. It can prolong service life of the sieve and be used for some complicated technological conditions.%介绍了本钢歪头山铁矿马耳岭选矿车间的工艺流程及设备情况.为解决马选车间细筛无法适应生产需要的问题,特引进DXFDZS1014复振高频细筛作为筛分设备.详细介绍了复振高频细筛的结构特点及生产应用情况.DXFDZS1014复振高频细筛在马耳岭选矿车间的应用实践表明,该设备安装方便,操作简单,能适应矿石性质变化,处理能力高,能有效减少球磨机再磨负荷及过磨现象,提高磨矿效率,并能大幅提高筛下粒级含量,且筛网使用寿命长,能适应复杂的工艺条件.
