端部放矿废石移动规律试验研究

             

摘要

Aiming at the problem of ore loss and dilution in the side drawing, experimental study was undertaken on the movement rule of mullock. Results showed that in process of the side drawing, the mullock in funnels of two adjacent drifts in the upper sublevels fell off faster to form a swallow-tailed side leakage, resulting in a large amount of mixed rocks. If the spacing between drifts was too small, the side leaks would converge quickly, resulting in few ore on the top released. It is found that appropriately increasing the spacing can improve such situation, which can provide a reference for the research on optimization of drifts spacing.%针对端部放矿损失贫化大的问题,对废石移动规律进行了试验研究.结果表明,端部放矿过程中,上分段相邻进路遗留下的废石漏斗中的废石会较早地在两侧形成燕尾状侧漏,造成大量的矿岩混杂.如果进路间距过小,侧漏过快汇合,会使顶部矿石不能有效放出.适当增加进路间距,能改善回采效果,为优化进路间距提出了一条新的依据.
