针对Be含量为0.42%的铍原矿,进行了硫酸用量、预处理温度、搅拌浸出固液比等条件对铍浸出率的影响试验。结果表明,铍原矿浸出的优化工艺参数为:预处理温度280℃、铍矿石与浓硫酸质量比1∶1.5、固液比1∶2,此时铍浸出率达到98.2%。该工艺处理温度低,降低了能耗,为铍原矿的开发利用提供了可选途径。%With beryllium ore containing 0.42% Be as raw material, the effects of sulfuric acid consumption, pretreatment temperature and solid/liquid ratio on beryllium recovery by agitation leaching were investigated, and the optimized leaching parameters were obtained. The leaching rate of beryllium reached 98. 20% after beryllium ore was pretreated at the temperature of 280℃, and leached with ore and sulfuric acid at a mass ratio of 1∶1.5 and solid/liquid ratio at 1∶2. This processing technique doesn′t require high temperature, resulting in the reduction in the energy consumption, which can provide an alternative way for the exploitation of beryllium ore.
