焙烧预氧化-硫代硫酸盐浸出某难处理金精矿

         

摘要

对贵州某复杂难处理金精矿进行了焙烧预氧化-硫代硫酸盐浸出研究.通过试验确定了最佳氧化焙烧工艺参数和浸出条件.650℃下焙烧1 h,焙砂再磨至-0.038 mm粒级占88.92%,在硫酸铜用量0.01 mol/L、硫酸铵用量0.1 mol/L、硫代硫酸钠用量0.2 mol/L条件下常温常压浸出6 h,金浸出率可达92.10%;同时对硫代硫酸盐浸出过程中的消耗规律进行了考察.%Research was conducted on treatment of a refractory gold concentrate from Guizhou province by adopting a process composed of roasting for pre-oxidation and thiosulfate leaching, with optimum oxidation roasting parameters and leaching conditions finally determined through tests. After a oxidation roasting process at 650 ℃ for 1 h, the obtained roasted products were reground to the fineness of -0. 038 mm 88. 92%. By adding 0. 01 mol/L CuSO4 , 0. 1 mol/L ( NH4 ) 2 SO4 and 0.2 mol/L Na2 S2 O3 , the leaching process at a room temperature and under ambient pressure for 6 h resulted in the gold leaching rate up to 92. 10%. Meanwhile, the consumption of Na2 S2 O3 through the whole leaching process was also monitored.
