Contract of minerals geological survey is established between the equal entities for the purpose of the establishment, change or terminate civil rights and obligations of the agreement for discovering mineral resources, which has significant industry feature of mineral geological survey. The author analyses the elements and the features of the contract in this paper, to deepen the understanding of the contract performance and contract disputes from the point of the view of the geology and the law. Strengthening the awareness of such contracts is important because of the complex disputes much more arising out of the contracts in practicing of commercial mineral geological survey.%矿产地质勘查合同是以寻找和发现矿产资源为目的,平等主体之间设立、变更、终止民事权利义务的协议,具有明显的矿产地质勘查行业特征.文章从法律和地质的角度分析了矿产地质勘查合同的要素及特征,意在加深对合同履行和合同争议的认识.在商业性矿产勘查实践中因矿产地质勘查合同引起的复杂纠纷,更说明了加强对此类合同认识的重要性.
