基于SkylineGlobe的三维地理信息系统在水利工程方面的应用

摘要

Based on the comparison among the dam-construction projects in HeiShanXia Gorge on the Yellow River, this paper makes the 3D-GIS for flood inundation analysis with SkylineGlobe, and explains the importance of 3D-GIS for inundation simulation and analysis as well as the loss estimation in hydraulic engineering projects.%基于黄河黑山峡段建坝方案对比项目，文中利用SkylineGlobe软件建设了淹没分析三维地理信息系统，阐述了三维地理信息系统在水利工程项目中洪水淹没模拟与分析、淹没损失估算等方面的重要性。
