磁西煤矿超深立井安全优质高效施工

         

摘要

A No• 1 mine auxiliary shaft of Cixi Mine had a net diameter of 8m and a shaft depth of 1 341• 6m• A ground freezing construction method was applied to an alluvium and weathered base rock section of the mine auxiliary shaft and the freezing depth was 245m•A surface pre—grouting method was applied to construct the base rock section of the mine auxiliary shaft and the grouting depth was 1 355m• The alluvium section of the mine shaft was excavated with a small type excavator ,the outer concrete wall was built with a completed metal pattern plate and the inner concrete wall was built with segment type metal pattern plate• The base rock section of the mine shaft was excavated with a drilling and blasting method• A umbrella drill was applied to the rock drilling ,the rock blasting was conducted with medium depth boreholes and the depth of the borehole was 4• 5m• A completed metal pattern plate applied to the mine shaft lining realized a safety ,quality and high efficient construction and could provide the experiences to the construction of the ultra deep mine shaft.%磁西煤矿1号副立井净直径8m ,井深1341•6m ,冲积层和风化基岩段采用冻结法施工,冻结深度245m ;基岩段采用地面预注浆法施工,注浆深度1355m。冲积层段采用小型挖掘机掘进,整体金属模板砌筑外壁,装配式金属模板套内壁;基岩段采用钻爆法掘进,伞形钻架凿岩,中深孔爆破,炮眼深度4•5m ,整体金属模板砌壁,实现了安全优质高效施工,为超深立井施工积累了经验。
