优化施工工艺提高大断面岩巷炮掘架棚施工进度

         

摘要

顾桥煤矿南区南二13-1上盘区轨道大巷为穿层巷道,掘进断面24.5m2,设计全长2753.2m ,埋深730m ,沿13-1煤层底板施工,采用钻爆法掘进。巷道围岩以砂岩和砂质泥岩为主,采用29 U型钢棚支护。前期施工,巷道平均月进尺为90 m左右,进度不理想。通过优化施工工艺和加强管理,加快了施工进度,使中后期巷道平均月进尺提高到了110m左右,最高月进尺达118 m ;并且安全无事故,工程质量优良,实现了安全、优质、快速施工。%A mine rail roadway in south two 13-1 top mining block of South Area in Guqiao Mine was a mine roadway passing through strata ,a heading cross section was 24.5m2 ,a designed length of the roadway was 2 753.2m and the depth of the roadway was 730m.The construction of the roadway was conducted along a floor of No.13-1 seam and a drilling and blasting method was applied to the road-way heading.The surrounding rock of the mine roadway was a sandstone and sandy mudstone mainly and was supported with 29U steel square support.At an initial construction period ,an average month heading rate of the mine roadway was about 90m and the rate was irrational.With the construction technique optimized and the construction management enhanced ,the construction schedule was spee-ded up ,the average month heading rate of a medium and late construction period of the mine roadway was improved about 110m and a max month rate was 118m.With no accident occurred in safety and excellent engineering quality ,a rapid construction with a safety and excellent quality of the mine road-w ay w as realized.
