立井混凝土输送管防堵塞技术

         

摘要

立井采用现浇混凝土支护技术,混凝土从地面通过输送管输送到井下工作面,砌筑井壁。输送管一般采用直径159~219 mm 的无缝钢管。浇筑混凝土过程中,输送管如果发生堵塞,操作人员往往很难发现,会给施工带来重大安全隐患。为确保安全,在输送管出料口以上20~25 m 处,安装堵塞报警器,一旦输送管发生堵塞,可及时发现、及时处理。%A cast-in-place concrete support technology was applied to the mine shaft and the concrete was transported from the surface ground to the working face in the underneath of the mine shaft with the transportation pipeline for the mine shaft lining. A diameter of 159 ~ 219 mm seamless steel pipe would be generally applied for the transportation pipeline .During the cast-in-place concrete process , once a jamming occurred in the transportation pipeline ,the operation personnel would be hard to find the jamming and the jamming could cause important safety hidden peril to the mine shaft construction . In order to ensure the safety ,at the location with a distance of 20 ~ 25 m up to the transportation pipe‐line feeder ,a jamming alarm should be set up .Once a jamming occurred in the transportation pipeline , the jamming could be timely found and timely treated.
