摘要

Objective To analyze the requirements for laboratory biosafety professionals of the United States of America and Europe. Methods The requirements and technical specifications on laboratory biosafety professionals in the Guideline for Biosafety Laboratory Competency of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ( CDC )and Association of Public Health Laboratories( APHL ) as well as the European Committee for Standardization( CEN )Workshop Agreement of Biosafety Professional Competence, CWA 16335. Results and Conclusion The two specifications define laboratory biosafety professional competence from different perspectives. Since the definition of laboratory biosafety professionals and coverage are different in the two specifications, there is some difference both in the structure and specific content.%目的 分析和阐述当前美国与欧洲实验室生物安全专业能力要求.方法 对美国疾病预防控制中心(CDC)与公共卫生实验室协会(APHL)<生物安全实验室能力指南>和欧洲标准化委员会工作组协议<生物安全专业人员能力>(CWA 16335)两个关于实验室生物安全专业人员能力要求的技术规范进行对比分析.结果与结论 美国和欧洲关于实验室生物安全专业能力的要求从不同角度出发,提出了从事实验室生物安全工作的人员所应具备专业能力的内容,鉴于针对从事实验室生物安全专业工作人员的定义和覆盖面不尽相同,因此两者在结构和具体内容上有一定差别.
