基于NCBI开放接口的学科信息平台PubMed检索服务功能实现

摘要

As the world's largest network of biomedical bibliographic databases , PubMed plays an irreplaceable role in the field of biomedical research .The majority of biomedical researchers have accustomarily to used PubMed to find the lit-erature they need .Therefore , how to take advantage PubMed ,build and improve biomedical platforms is assuming new im-portance .NCBI provides open Application Programming Inteface ( API) of Web Service ,which is an effective combination of the two.%作为全球最大的网络生物医学文献数据库，美国PubMed在生物医学研究领域有着不可替代的作用。生物医学领域的科研人员已经习惯于利用PubMed查找所需要的信息资源。该文简要介绍了NCBI提供的Web Serv-ice接口功能，以及如何利用该接口在将PubMed检索服务内嵌到学科服务平台中，并将PubMed服务与图书馆的文献传递服务进行了尝试性的集成。
