喷他脒对人卵巢癌CAOV3细胞的抑制作用研究

摘要

Objective To study the inhibitive effect of pentamidine on human ovarian carcinoma CA-0V3 cell. Methods The inhibitive effect of pentamidine in different concentrations on human ovarian carcinoma CA0V3 cell was observed by using a MTT assay. Results The growth of human ovarian cancer cell CAOV3 was slightly inhibited with a low concentrations of pentamidine, and was obviously inhibited with a high concentration of pentamidine. The inhibitive effect was closely related to the time of treatment. Conclusion The growth of ovarian cancer CAOV3 cell was inhibited in different concentrations of pentamidine,and the inhibition was related with time of treatment.%目的 探讨喷他脒对人卵巢癌CAOV3细胞的抑制作用.方法 用比色实验法检测不同浓度喷他脒对人卵巢癌CAOV3细胞抑制作用.结果 低浓度喷他脒对人卵巢癌CAOV3细胞有轻微抑制作用；高浓度喷他脒对人卵巢癌CAOV3细胞抑制作用明显,且与作用时间密切相关.结论 经不同浓度的喷他脒处理后,卵巢癌CAOV3细胞生长明显受到抑制,且这种抑制作用呈时间及浓度依赖性.
