一种雷达用超声电机扫描轨迹优化的温度—频率补偿算法

         

摘要

电机伺服系统是机械扫描雷达的主要组成部分, 伺服系统精度直接影响到雷达的扫描精度.由于超声电机复杂的非线性关系, 常规的控制方法不能满足其精密控制需求.本文提出一种超声电机扫描轨迹优化的控制策略, 用来补偿由于温度变化造成的压电陶瓷谐振频率漂移, 可以增强电机响应的快速性与准确性.实验结果表明, 该算法可以改善雷达天线阵列扫描轨迹的精度.%Motor servo system is a main part of mechanical scanning radar, the accuracy in servo system directly affects the scanning precision of radar.For the complex nonlinear characteristics of ultrasonic motor (USM) , the general control methods could not meet the demand.This paper presented a control method as a mechanical resonant frequency compensator for optimizing USM scanning tracks, which was applied to shorten the response time and enhance the control precision.The experiment results show that this method is fit for improve the accuracy of radar antenna array scanning.
