湖南“四化两型”建设中促进产学研协同创新的政策选择

摘要

The production of collaborative innovation in Hunan“four modernizations”type construction has an important role in science and technology support and service. Hunan province should seize the opportunities brought about by the“four modernizations”type construction, crack innovative financing difficulties, the innovation system mechanism were poor, the continuous loss of innovative talents, innovation of supply and demand docking, fragmentation technology service, such as bottlenecks, select“on the reform of systems and mechanisms as the guidance, cooperation alliance of industry, as breakthrough, supported by collaborative public technology service”policy path, to realize the collaborative innovation of industry, and the construction of the“four modernizations”linkage development.%产学研协同创新对湖南“四化两型”建设有重要的科技支撑和服务作用。湖南应抓住“四化两型”建设带来的机遇，破解创新经费筹措困难、创新体制机制不顺、创新人才持续流失、创新供需对接不畅、碎片化科技服务等瓶颈，选择“以体制机制改革为引领、以产学研联盟协同为突破、以协作性公共科技服务为支撑”的政策路径，实现产学研协同创新与“四化两型”建设的联动发展。
