IRFPA is the most commonly used for infrared imaging system detector, but the pixel responsed nonuniformity has seriously affected the imaging quality. Method of nonuniformity correction(NUC)for infrared imaging system is used in the engineering. This paper introduced the mechanism of the nonuniformity of infrared focal plane array devices. Two points correction is presented and applied in the engineering based on FPGA.%红外焦平面探测器(IRFPA)是常用的兼具辐射敏感和信号处理功能的先进红外成像系统探测器件,但是,由于其像元红外响应度不一致,存在非均匀性,大大降低了成像质量,所以,在实际工程应用中,需采用响应的非均匀性校正技术。介绍了IRFPA非均匀性的产生机理和两点非均匀性校正算法原理,红外探测成像系统采用640×480焦平面探测器,选择FPGA硬件平台进行两点非均匀性校正工程实现,明显改善了图像效果。
