基于RFID的设备安全与维护系统设计与实现

         

摘要

Equipment safety and maintenance system is to achieve the planning,science and security of asset management,equipment inspection and maintenance.Using RFID technology,fault diagnosis technology,wireless communication technology and database technology euch a system was developed.Using C # programming language an expert system on Win CE.The system can preset inspection program by following the governance rules,carry out equipment safety inspection and maintenance work for every workers,every coorking position and every working proviod with coreoponding method and standard.Data and information were collected by PLC and MCU an-sitely to achieve timely,accurate and effective statistical analysis,so that the relevant staff can control the operating conditions of the equipment,timely detection and treatment equipment failure occurred in operation,find abnormal and other security threats.%设备安全与维护系统是以实现资产管理、设备巡检和设备维护的计划性、科学性与保障性为目标,利用RFID射频技术、故障诊断技术、无线通信技术和数据库技术,使用C#编程语言在手持式Win CE系统上建立的一套信息化专家系统.该系统可以按照企业管理规范预设的巡检计划,定人、定点、定期、定方法和定标准地进行设备安全巡检和设备维护保养工作,同时能够对现场PLC或单片机采集的数据和信息实现及时、精准、有效的分析统计,让相关工作人员可以实时掌控设备的运行工况,及时发现和处理设备运行中出现的故障、异常及其它安全隐患.
