北斗卫星通信在南海海洋气象观中的应用

摘要

以海南省无人值守海岛自动气象站为例，阐述了北斗卫星通信在南海海洋气象观测中的实际应用。重点介绍了根据海洋气象观测特殊环境条件而设计的海岛自动气象站的结构、数据上传模式、信息处理流程、系统集成方法及其稳定性。分析了利用北斗卫星通信构建南海海洋气象监测网的优越性及重要意义，为海洋气象建设提供了一套稳定可行的气象采集应用模式。北斗卫星通信方式在海洋气象探测中及特殊条件下的数据通信上具有广阔的应用空间。%Taking the example of unmanned island automatic meteorological station in Hainan province, this paper introduces the practical application of Beidou satellite communication in the south China sea meteorological observation.According to the special environment of marine meteorological condition on the requirements of the equipments,the structure of the automatic meteorological station,data upload model,information processing,integration methods and the stability of the system are focused introduced.And it also analyzes the significance and the superiority of using the Beidou satellite communications to build the south China sea meteorological monitoring network,which provides a set of feasible meteorological collection and application mode for marine meteorological construction. Under the condition of marine meteorological observation and special environment,Beidou satellite communication mode has the broad application space on data communication.
