通过模具和气针改进减少挤吹HDPE瓶头废料

摘要

In the process of producing HDPE bottles by extrusion blow molding process, in order to ensure the smoothness of the bottle mouth, always keep a bottle head first, then remove the head off before filling process. But if the weight of the bottle head is too large, it will be a waste of energy and materials. By improving the blowing mold and air needle, the author lightened the weight of the bottle head and saved energy and materials. Through application, the results shows that the scheme has the advantages of small investment and quick effect, and it is suitable to be popularized in the beverage factory which produce HDPE bottles by extrusion blow process.%采用挤吹工艺生产HDPE瓶的过程中,为了保证瓶口的平整性,经常要预留一个瓶头,灌装前通过割口工序,将瓶头去掉.如果瓶头的重量太大,就会造成能源、材料等方面的浪费.本文通过对吹塑模具、吹气气针的改进,减轻了瓶头的重量,节约了能源和材料.实践证明,该方案具有投资小、见效快的优点,适合采用挤吹工艺生产HDPE瓶的饮料厂推广.
