迁钢2#高炉2013年5月13日计划48小时检修,停风后发现溜槽损坏严重,料面形状严重不规则。通过周密严谨的分析,对原送风方案进行了优化调整。在具体的送风恢复过程中,严格依据实际炉况,把握好风温,加风节奏及风口面积等操作参数的控制,24小时恢复全风状态%May 13, 2013 was the day for a planned 48-hours maintenance for No .2 BF in Qian'an Steel .After the air blowing was stopped , the charging chute was found seriously damaged , with the bur-den surface in seriously irregular shape .After careful analysis , the former air blowing scheme was opti-mized .In the actual recovery period , air blowing operation such as the blowing temperature , blowing vol-ume increment rhythm and tuyere area adjustment was carried out strictly according to the actual operating condition .In 24 hours the BF condition was recovered to full blast .
